Based out of San Bernardino, California, Carbon Merrill brings years of motorcycle industry experience and a diverse racing background to Frankie Dean Racing. Racing under the #157, Carbon has competed across bagger, hooligan, American Twin, Supermoto, and road racing disciplines throughout his career.

Carbon’s racing résumé includes competition with MotoAmerica, CVMA, CRA, and Bagger Racing League. He has lined up in both Mission King of the Baggers and Super Hooligan competition at the national level, while continuing to compete in regional road racing aboard everything from Harley-Davidson baggers to Indian FTRs and Yamaha XSR900s.

Now representing Frankie Dean Racing in the Bagger Racing League Pro Stock Bagger class, Carbon has established himself as a consistent competitor in the 2026 championship. With experience on a wide range of motorcycles and tracks, he brings versatility, technical knowledge, and plenty of seat time to the FDR road racing program.
