Frank Rosales #H-01
Frank is the CEO and founder of Frankie Dean Racing and the founder of the FDR Foundation, both created to carry forward the legacy of his son, Frankie Dean Rosales. After losing Frankie in a catastrophic motorcycle accident in 2021, Frank turned unimaginable loss into a mission to support the motorcycle community that had always been such an important part of their lives.
What began with the FDR Foundation eventually found its way to the racetrack. Frankie Dean Racing started as another way to keep Frankie’s name in motion, bring awareness to the Foundation’s mission, and build a community around the sport they love. What started small quickly grew into a multi-discipline race program competing across the country.
But Frank isn't just the guy behind the team—he lines up alongside it.
Racing #H-01 in the Desert Hooligan Division, Frank has taken on some of off-road racing’s toughest terrain aboard a 2001 Harley-Davidson Sportster Hooligan Bike. Whether he’s racing, working the pits, supporting another FDR rider, or helping a motorcycle accident family through the Foundation, Frank leads the same way: by showing up.
For Frank, every mile carries a little more meaning. Frankie Dean Racing is competition, family, community, and a way to make sure Frankie’s name and the impact he had on the people around him continue moving forward.
